This August, Ski West Village in Arvin was the epicenter of thrill and excitement as it hosted the 82nd Goode Water Ski National Championships. The event brought nearly 500 of the nation’s top water ski athletes to Kern County for an unforgettable showdown. The lakes were packed with action as skiers competed in slalom, tricks, jumping, and overall categories, dazzling spectators with their incredible skills across various ages and open divisions. The tournament was a big splash, creating waves of long-lasting memories in our local community. 

Kern Energy was excited to team up with USA Water Ski & Wake Sports, providing the fuel that powered the towboats and kept the competition running smoothly.
